INDECA was retained to exercise control over the work progress and oversee the investments for the first stage of the Melia-Conchal Resort located in Guanacaste. This beach resort is the best in Costa Rica and includes, among other works, a series of luxury dwelling modules (bungalows), several restaurants, shops, meeting rooms, rooms for shows, swimming pool, golf course and club, lakes, forests and other amenities, at a cost exceeding $ 70,000,000

Indeca’s services were retained by the IDB to supervise, exercise control over the work progress and oversee the investments for the Holiday INN Select Hotel in Managua, Nicaragua. This five-star hotel consists in a six-story building, with a full basement, and two separate adjacent buildings, one to be used as a Meeting Hall and the other for the swimming pool area.

Indeca’s services were retained by the CENTRAL AMERICAN BANK FOR ECONOMIC INTEGRATION (CABEI) to prepare an investment verification report, related to the construction of the tourism project named HOTEL OCCIDENTAL PLAYA NACASCOLO, located in Papagayo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The scope of the study included diagnosis and analysis of the quality and progress of the works at the time of the visit, as well as an assessment of the amount of the investments made as of that date.
