4) Design of projects (basic studies, preliminary projects, construction plans, technical specifications, budget, coordination of bidding proceedings and services during construction)

INDECA studies, plans, designs, gives advice on, manage, schedule, inspect and oversee the projects of our customers, according to their needs.

We offer the service of comprehensive advice and design for infrastructure and architecture works. Our Engineering Department is involved in the development of projects in all fields required, including planning, urban development, engineering, architecture and related disciplines.

In this stage, and based on the prior basic and feasibility studies, we prepare preliminary project and final design plans, as well as technical specifications and budgets, giving advice on bidding proceedings and awarding of construction contracts for infrastructure works as well as buildings and complementary works.

The content of the project comprises:

• Master Plan and Preliminary Project
• General plans (at a convenient scale of plants, views and cuttings)
• Construction plans and detail
• Plans of installations and structures, with the respective technical specifications
• Budget and bidding specifications

The projects are prepared in accordance with the customer needs, being complemented with the development of details.
