The technical direction of the work includes work inspection, scheduling and control.

The inspection or supervision service implies periodical surveillance by a group of professionals, provided during the process of completion of a work, in order that such work may be performed in accordance with the best work standards, the construction plans, the technical specifications and other documents that are part of the contract.
