7) Oversight of investment

Oversight of investments consists in the review of the plans and technical documents and the control over disbursements for work progress. This service is provided to public and private banking institutions, financial institutions and investments.
It includes:

1. Verification that the plans have the respective construction permits and adjustment of requirements.
2. Review and adjustment of the budget.
3. Control of work progress to authorize disbursements and verify compliance with completion deadlines.
4. Verification of construction and approved finishes.
5. Submission of reports with recommendations
