1) Management of Projects / Turnkey Works

The main purpose of this service is the effective control of the project during the construction process, from its initial development to commissioning and operation, acting as a link between the customer and the set of actors involved in the completion of the project (contractors, supplying companies, professionals).

INDECA acts as representative par excellence of the interests of our customers, being responsible for the performance of the work in accordance with the construction plans, the technical specifications and the regulations. It also organizes and schedules the work progress in all stages thereof, prepares budgets and cash needs during the construction process, managing the financial resources by means of the establishment of systems that guarantee to the customer an adequate use of the financial resources.

This service involves the scheduling of the work, including deadlines for completion of the activities comprised by the project, value engineering, detail of the activities of the project, determination of performance data, resources and time for each activity, programming of activities based on a logical sequence, determination of the critical path and early and late times, as well as the slack for each of the activities, preparation of bar charts, as well as cash flow or disbursements in the course of time.
